Hey! Yes, i’m writing again. My 3rd week is gone, so I’d like to share with you my experiences of this week.

So, Monday! We went on Monday to one family from the church to bless their house. I must say that their house is really beautiful. They welcomed us very friendly and after the blessing we stayed for small talk with them.

On Tuesday (very early) morning, we were invited to visit Lutherhill camp, because I’m going to spend there one week with confirmands next week, so it’s good to see how it is working. So we were there. Lot of people, lot of kids, and beautiful nature: that is how I would describe this place. After Lutherhill, we went to College Place, for managing the Service there. I was playing the piano, as usually, and after the service, we had Lunch with all of the people there. At 7 p.m. we had a council at the church, where I was too. But I’m not kind of economic-skilled person, so you can imagine, how much I understood of the matter they were talking about!

Wednesday was my day off! My pastor is really very nice to me. All the time. So she said I can have one day off. I didn’t argued with her, so her daughter Ursula and I, we went to Austin. First, we arranged some things she had to, and then we had lunch in a chinese restaurant, which was very nice, because one chinese lady accosted us, so we were talking. After the lunch, we went to the smallest candy store, I have ever seen, but with the best cup cakes in the world!!! 🙂 And finally, our day ended with cinema. If you think that cartoons are just for kids, you have probably never seen How to train your Dragon 2!!! And I heavilly recommend you to go and see this movie!

At Thursday we drive to some city close to Houston for whole day pastor’s meeting. It was a nice time. I had an opportunity to know new pastors and talk to them, learn something about what’s running on in their churches, and had tex-mex (texas- mexican food) lunch with them.

Friday was my studying day. I read Manual on the Liturgy, finally ended  making my presentation about Slovakia, and also read some stuff for my Sermon, which  I’m gonna have in August.

And today is Saturday, we were cleaning the House, and we are going to go to service in Chinese church , so I’m really looking forward!
