When I was a kid, my mom said to me, that when I can see the church tower, I am home.  And after that any time I was traveling some places, on the road back when I could see my church tower, I knew I was home.

Near Bratislava, in Austria there are some wind turbines, big, white; you know about what am I writing about. For three years they where a sign that I am close to my second home, Bratislava. The road to Vienna pass by them, so it was like meeting a friend of a friend, about who you have heard stories for years, and know you have the chance to finally meet him.

But first things first. Some information about me.  I am a Slovak, born and raised in Romania. Trust me on this one; it’s a little complicated, so you’ll have to take my word for it. Currently I am studying at the seminary in Bratislava(Evanjelicka bohoslovecka fakulta, Univerzity Komenskeho).

Muskegon will be my home for 2 and half months. I am currently staying at Rose and David house. They welcomed me with open arms. It’s a very nice and loving family. I am blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with them.

The first week was interesting. I meet a lot of people, but I have to confess, that I don’t remember all the names.  With Pastor Chris I went on some pastoral visits. It was a new and enriching experience for me.  Today (06.07.2014)I had the chance to help with the church service.

I will be writing shortly.

In Christ, P.Prihracki
