I had a busy time! I was preaching on Sunday. After service, members of congregation took me to the Ludington, which a nice town with beautiful beach north of Muskegon. We had an amazing time!
During the week I attended Vacation Bible School at St. Gregory´s Episcopal Church in Muskegon for kids (age: 4-11). It took around three hours every evening from Monday to Thursday. Twice a week I was supposed to lead a Bible Story. We taught kids about Creation, Noah´s ark, Moses and Ressurection of Jesus Christ. Every evening we started with a dinner and Christian children´s songs and then kids were divided into two groups (younger and older). One group was listening a Bible Story and another group had some ather activities (mostly workshops). At the end of the VBS we got shirts from St. Gregory´s Episcopal Church.
I was glad I could help with providing Vacation Bible School. Kids liked the time they could spent with each other, singing songs, listening Bible Stories and asking the questions about that.
One day of the week I had a lunch in Indian Restaurant. It was delicious! Then we went to the previous church of this congregation (which is now baptist church) and also to St. Francis de Sales Church, which is a really big Roman Catholic Church in Muskegon.
Saturday I´ve been with some church members at Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven which is a town pretty close to Muskegon. We spent part of the day outside on the sun, but it was fun. That day we finished with watching wonderful fireworks in Grand Haven.
