Are you that kind of a person, that has a habit to worry about everything? Who is packing week before he is supposed to go somewhere and has everything planned? I am. I worry when something is going on, but sometimes also when my imaginations makes a big deal about nothing.

I was terrified when I imagined 3 months, I little hoped, that I will be the lucky one who will come last and leave first. I got total opposite. 😀 But what I realised this month was, that I am really grateful that I can be here this long! I got to know many people who became just like my parents. All my families were just wonderful. They took me tubing, on their family meetings, on the practice of the hundred acordeonist that are going to play on the 100th anniversary of the Cheese days that is just about to come. Everyone how finds out that I am leaving like 2 or 3 days before Cheese days tells me about how pitty it is, and what I am going to miss- so I heard about this event more than I ever wished I will. One of my families took me for few days on their lake house in Iowa and we visited the largest ELCA church congregation- Lutheran Church of Hope in Des Moines and we have been on the Iowa state fair!

With the other family I ve got the opportunity to go swim to YMCA every morning, so that s really awesome! And one lady took me as a “voluntary nurse” to Wisconsin Dells Water Show, where we went with the handicaped people. The Roman-Catholic church organized the event, so it started with mass and then we have seen the water show.

And I love spending time in our office, where I am almost every day. People here are so easygoing and we have a lot of fun. And I am not saying this just because they might accidentally open this page and read it! I really enjoy the time here, and I am learning a lot of new things or new ways how to do something.

And what is with my fear what I will do for 3 months? The realisation, that the time flies. 🙂
