As you start to plan for your travels and your packing, don’t forget to make sure that you have: 1) checked in for the sailing on your Carnival.com account (if you did not already receive your boarding documents from the Registration Committee); and, 2) printed your boarding passes and luggage tags for the sailing. Please note that you will no longer be able to access your booking from your Carnival account after 11:59PM, Friday, January 19th. Therefore, it is important to ensure that you are both checked in and have printed your boarding documents by that time.

The closer we get to our respective days of departure, rest assured that our Assembly Registration Committee will be monitoring the weather for the coming week across all of your respective airports of departure.

Please note that in the unlikely event you are delayed or detained due to weather or fault of the airline, you must remember to immediately inform a representative of your airline that you are booked on, and en route to, a cruise. You may also call 877.885.4856 or 305.406.4779 to alert Carnival of your situation. These phone numbers are also listed on your Carnival Boarding Pass for your convenience in case of emergency.

Finally, please remember that whether you are a Voting Member of this Assembly, or a visitor accompanying us, you must check in with the Registration Desk Saturday evening after your seated dinner. The Registration Desk will be located on Deck 9 in the Capitol Atrium, and is set to be open from 7:30-9:30PM.
