Assembly preparation is really ramping up! As you start to think about your travels and your packing, we decided to provide you with a short (11 minute) orientation video to help you better prepare for both your travel and your first day on the vessel. The video can be watched here.
As we get closer to the days of departure, our Assembly Travel Desk’s personnel will be monitoring all weather for the coming week across all your departing airports. Should there be any significant concerns, we will update you with details via this email/update system.
Speaking of travel on departure day, please remember that in the unlikely event you are delayed or detained in any way, due to weather or fault of the airline, you must inform a representative of your airline immediately that you are booked on and en route to a cruise. You may also call 877.885.4856 or 305.406.4779 to alert Carnival of your situation. These phone numbers are listed on your Carnival Boarding Pass for your convenience in case of emergency.
Finally, please remember that whether you are a Voting Member of this Assembly, or just a visitor coming along for the ride, we require you to check in with the Registration Desk Sunday evening after (or before) your seated dinner. The Registration Desk will be in the Rendezvous Lounge on Deck 4, and is set to be open from 7:45-9:30PM.
