Refund Policy

Any individuals who wish to cancel their event registration, prior to the event, may be entitled to a refund.

The amount of any refund, if applicable, will be determined according to the amount allowed at the time the registration is cancelled and the refund requested. This timetable shall be noted in the deadline calendar specific to that event.

Under no circumstances will any refund amount exceed the amount paid for registration and any add-ons. The registration committee strives to make event registration as easy and as fair as possible. Therefore, the registration committee reserves the right to adjust the refund amount, at their discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
