Greetings to all who are registered for the 2018 Assembly of the Slovak Zion Synod.
Those of you who have registered using the “Expedited Check-In” option should have already received emails containing your Carnival boarding documents. These documents will also be available from your personal user account.
Those who chose not to use this option should have received an email containing your booking number, and should take care to complete your check in on Carnival.com on or before January 19, 2018. After that time, you will be unable to complete your check in.
If for any reason you didn’t receive this information or these emails, and/or the downloads are not available on your account, please contact the registration committee as soon as possible.
If you indicated on your registration form that you wanted the Synod Travel Desk to book your air travel on your behalf, your travel arrangements have been made and you should have received your airline confirmation via email.
If you decided to book your air travel on your own, but have not yet done so, we recommend doing so immediately. Airfares will not get lower, but are expected to go up. Please do not delay. Airfares are on the rise, and should be booked before the price difference becomes a large personal expense. If you require any assistance in finding the best deals or booking your airfare, you are invited to consult with the Synod Travel Desk, available toll-free at 855-797-3522, ext. 700.
Please note: When you book your air travel, take special care to ensure that you’ll be in New Orleans no later than 1:30pm on January 20, and that your flight to depart New Orleans leaves no sooner than 11am on January 25. (If the Synod Travel Desk booked your travel arrangements on your behalf, this has also been done for you.)
Once you book your air travel, be sure to file your flight information with the Registration Committee as soon as possible via the Travel Plan form, which can be accessed by clicking here. (If the Synod Travel Desk booked on your behalf, this has already been done for you.) Whether or not you are flying, we ask that you let us know when and how you are planning to arrive in New Orleans.
