Greetings to all who are registered for the upcoming 2016 Assembly of the Slovak Zion Synod!
We are fast approaching the time of the Synod Assembly.
(UPDATE: If you still haven’t received your Carnival Booking Number and/or Carnival Boarding Documents, this is to be expected. There have been errors on Carnival’s systems that have delayed the electronic transfer of many of your Carnival documents to our system that was timeframed in the previous email. Please be advised that this information will arrive within this coming week for anyone who are still missing it.)
We wanted to take a moment to briefly outline a new form we have published for everyone who is registered for the assembly. The Travel Information form is now online, and can be accessed by clicking here.
We require everyone to submit to us what their travel plans are for their trip down to Miami in September and their return home as well. Whether you are flying or not, we ask that you let us know when and how you are planning to arrive in Miami.
If you have not arranged your travel yet, please do so immediately. Airfares are on the rise, and should be booked before the price difference becomes too heavy of a personal expense. If you require any assistance booking your airfare, you are invited to consult with the Synod Travel Desk, available toll-free at 855-797-3522, ext. 700.
