I\u00b4ve done so much since I last posted:<\/p>\n

– helping out during Vacation Bible school<\/p>\n

– prepared 3 other Bible studies<\/p>\n

– horse riding (best day since I am here!! :))<\/p>\n

– making postcards for Written on your heart (for victims of human trafficking)<\/p>\n

– bottle-feeding the lamb<\/p>\n

– feeding and gathering animals to pastures, and just being around them is fun! It is like a ZOO here!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Even woke up on goat climbing and sitting on the window sill of my room. I got used to cat sitting there, seeing goat was surprising!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

– killing spiders (myself, I killed at least 4 this week, for few I called help :P)<\/p>\n

– went on a cooking class!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

– Saw Shakespear\u00b4s play (Love\u00b4s Labour Lost and Arden of Faversham) in the barn at Winedale.<\/p>\n

– plus my faith in humanity has been restored. We went to farm- really paradise- place where they trust people to take whatever they want (from the store) and to pay for it according to price list, not to steal, but be honest! There really were no humans, you coud just open fridge, get what you want, open cash register and pay for it (and get a change if you didn\u00b4t have exact amount…). Unbelievable!<\/p>\n

And the list could go on.<\/p>\n

But I experienced\/ saw\/ gained one more thing.<\/p>\n

I remember when my sister first started learning to play flute and piano. She would be carrying it around and making all kinds of noises (I mean, she was really trying). I don\u00b4t know what it was- the sound of the instruments, or maybe the way they made her feel, the beauty of being able to hold something in your hands that creates something more… something others can enjoy. But as months passed, she draw away from playing. She lost the excitement she had in the beginning, the joy it used to bring to her. Rather it was replaced with hard work, persuasion, and sometimes even repugnance. And I think that is part of it. Part of life. Whatever you do, you have to love it, but also be commited, that you will go through even the dry and hard parts of it. Through times, when you forget your “first love”.<\/p>\n

Rev 2:4: “Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And I can see this being true in my life in so many aspects. And that is the reason why I like coming out of a school, safe and closed environment, into church congregation, meeting new people and learning new skills. Because being here, part of something more, being able to give what I\u00b4ve learned, be encouraged by the faith of others makes me remember why I wanted to do this in the first place. I love God and serving him (any way you choose) is the best thing you can have in your life. The best thing I have.<\/p>\n

So among many other mentioned things, this was the most important thing I did during past “week”. I found (again…) my first love.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
